I am a passionate keen qualified Personal Trainer and I can help you to get fitter, maintain your fitness, reach your goals and feel absolutely amazing. My sports therapy background ensures that I will train you safely, check your form and deal with any weaknesses, postural issues, and misalignments.
Our fitness space is Covid friendly with every precaution taken and our classes are small and safe. Our Personal Training sessions are taught in our fitness hub and every session will be in your own private gym space.
Whatever your personal goals are - they can be reached and achieved. Fitness plans and nutritional advice can be discussed.
